Cornbread AKA Best Cornbread In The World

Best Cornbread in the World

Adapted from CLBB

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup butter, melted
1 8-oz. can cream-style corn (I usually throw in the whole regular size can)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, melted butter, corn, and eggs; mix well. Batter will be lumpy.

Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.

Cool slightly before cutting.
